I pity the tenants who live on the upper floors. They cannot look out the windows unless they stand. The trash shoots are closed off so people are forced to go outside to the dumpsters which is ridiculous for people with disabilities and senior citizens. No central air, but you can "rent" a window unit for 120.00 per year. One of the nice things about the place is that it is cat friendly and pretty well insulated.
