Duri was incredible. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had by far. The dealership is top notch as well as everyone we met. We went for one truck and left very happily with two vehicles. We’d 100% recommend and they get a 10/10 from us.

After making an appointment for 8:15am and arriving on time and having a very clear and concise conversation with Gwen (who was great by the way) about past experiences and the fact that I USED to do her job I had expectations to be met! The customer service was on point but the 2 1/2 hours it took to do a simple oil change and tire rotation booked off appointment ahead of time definitely was ridiculous. As for the service it was done correctly on the vehicle. Almost felt like they were short staffed to be honest, either way quicker service is always better. Had to skip the complimentary carwash because I didn’t wanna be stuck for any longer even though it was complimentary.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Rogue. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My only wish, and this is really with every dealership, is that they would go over all the features of the new vehicle teaching you how to use all the new gadgets. But this particular dealership did better than most.
