My husband bought an equinox from here May of 2025. We were in a rush they were in a rush but we ended up getting a car the same day. They gave us temp tags and the paperwork to take to the dmv. When we take the paperwork we find out they forgot to give us a paper. So we call them they said they had it. We get to Hudson and they dont have it and said they gave it to us. 5 stars aren't nearly enough to communicate my satisfaction of this experience.From the the first contact on the phone until the moment my picture was taken outside by my new car I felt like a prority and I couldn't be more appreciative of Kristin and her dedication to making it happen.

I'm always stressed out by the whole car buying experience. But Debbie walked me through the whole process without the whole high pressure thing. She even showed me a car that another dealer had for sale! She was honestly willing to lose a sale to another dealership in order to insure that I ended up in the vehicle I wanted and needed for my family! My family bought a car from this dealership in March and had to take it to the mechanic BEFORE the first payment was due. (~10 days after purchase the check engine light came on.) Nearly $3000 has been spent at the mechanic in 2 months. Major repairs include the Catalytic converter, O2 sensors, water pump, thermostat, and flex pipe. The dealership did not disclose that the vehicle had any major issues. This dealership has acted in BAD FAITH.
