went today to view apartment #4. no one was there to meet us for the viewing and the door didn’t have a code or a lockbox. We called the office asking to be let in just to be told the key is up the road on the square, also we said the apartment looks lived in because of the ring camera and doormat. we get the key walk in and notice the current tenants belongings, then the tenant walk in asking us what was going on. office said they don’t know why it’s still listed and would call an associate and call me back (still no call b... read more

!!!Horrible dealings !!! with the management team. I love the loft but there is no emergency contact that will call you back. My air condition unit has been down for 3 days it’s record breaking heat and in the lease is an extra $33 charge for ac filter and other ways they supposedly will help but the last time I spoke to anyone I was guaranteed some help but nothing not one phone call. My dog had to go to my moms and us to a hotel the heat was so intense. I finally bought a portable unit so we will see how it plays out . Les... read more

Incredible, beautifully done renovation of a late 19th century textile mill. Incredible apartments, amazing detail! The nicest AND most creative spaces in town.
