went today to view apartment #4. no one was there to meet us for the viewing and the door didn’t have a code or a lockbox. !!!Horrible dealings !!! with the management team. I love the loft but there is no emergency contact that will call you back. My air condition unit has been down for 3 days it’s record breaking heat and in the lease is an extra $33 charge for ac filter and other ways they supposedly will help but the last time I spoke to anyone I was guaranteed some help but nothing not one phone call. My dog had to go to my moms and us to a hotel the heat was so intense. I finally bought a portable unit so we will see how it plays out . Les... read more
