Well maintained and managed building. Pet friendly and smoke free. Maintenance requests are always dealt with quickly. Good communication. I especially appreciate the lighting and dog walkers outside later in the evening. It really helps the community feel safe and active having other people around when you're walking your dog. Overall, a great place to live.
I've lived at the Mews since it was owned by Peterson. We've needed very few maintenance calls, owing to good construction and reliable appliances. Townline has been doing a great job since they took over. Very glad they responded to the "porch pirates" sneaking inside the lobby by buying the parcel lockers.
I have lived at the Hudson Mews since Summer of 2021. My experience at this building has been incredible through and through. The building manager is fabulous and highly receptive. She responds to messages/emails in a timely manner and takes tenant relations seriously. She is pleasant and friendly. Moreover, the maintenance person in particular is friendly and very helpful. Great building. Friendly people and awesome staff. Building is dog friendly and lots of friendly dogs. Very clean and kept. Would highly Recommend.
We’ve lived here for almost a year now and love it. It is quiet, close to everything, and the building manager (Natasha) is amazing. She always responds to questions promptly. Maintenance gets taken care of in a timely manner as well! Would highly recommend.
