Incredible rates (about half of some other regional utilities). Outages typically fixed promptly. Best utility I've ever had.
Today after that terrible rainstorm, huge branches fell on the wires coming from the pole to our house. Two amazing Hudson Light & Power men responded quickly after my call. The woman who answered the phone was very caring and compassionate reminding us not to do anything or go near the wires. The two man crew was efficient, capable, caring and very helpful! Hudson Light and Power is the best! They are all so nice and anytime there is an issue or power failure they fix it in short time. The management and office staff are awesome!
