I took my 2024 Kona in for an oil change today and it was a pleasant experience as always. Mr. Diego Rojas-Conde was very professional and courteous. He also took the time to inquire about a part that I was looking for. Hudson Hyundai has always impressed me whether it be their sales or service department.
I was seen quickly for an oil change. During the oil change, they also ran a quick diagnostic and realized I needed to change a few minor things, which I agreed to in addition to the cracked rim I did not notice. They called me promptly, notifying me when the new rim arrived. A+ service, communication, and friendliness. Thank you!
My wife and I just bought 2 vehicles from there. The sales person Julian Salazar was excellent, everything went well with no issues. Also Mr. Amir is a great boos, he always goes above and beyond to help his customers. The finance department Daniel Mercado is always been awesome with me, and my family.
I have a 2024 Elantra, in several times my car shuts down and goes totally off without me being able to turn it back on without help of another road driver using jumper cables. 2 times I brought my car to Hudson Hyundai service and in both occasions their response is the same: "We can't find any issues in your car", last night the car did it again, this time me trying to leave from work, the car won't turn on!
