Food wasnt as good as i have had in other places the high tea needs work, service wasnt good, the place was empty and still had to go and get the wait staff,
I waited over 4 minutes to put on keno tickets..staff were walking through but didn't bother to greet me until guy said he couldn't help me because he can't use the keno. As been in the hospitality industry for over 25 yrs as a license and in management. I also made sure that when I employed staff that the had their RAS and RCG. Excually because of a situation that has happened at your hotel today Or need more staff with the RCG. Not a very pleasant experience at the Hudson hotel
Food was fantastic, definitely go again!
