The outside of the rent homes are nice, but the inside is terrible. Toured 2 homes for rent in ft worth and there were dead roaches everywhere, live roaches in the fridge, one unit had no stove and a wobbly fridge. Not to mention there’s no closets and all of the homes are hot with no ac during the tours. Highly disappointed
They do not answer the phone, emails, voicemails. Maintenance is like none existence they will not help me with a/c problem it’s been a week
I’ve only been dealing with this new property management for 2 months and I’m already having issues. The same login error to my resident portal keep happening saying “404 request error” and they have yet to fix it. I had to pull cash out and go to a nearby store to be able to pay the rent which was already 4 days late to do THEIR system issues . If I had went another day without paying they would’ve charged me a late fee due to THEIR system issues that has nothing to due with me . Customer support doesn’t really help at all ... read more
I would not recommend this property to anyone. The landlord/property management has treated me with a great deal of disrespect throughout my tenancy. For the past month, I have repeatedly called and submitted maintenance requests regarding a rat problem. When I went to replace my air filter, I discovered a rat nest in the attic. Despite reporting this serious issue multiple times, management has failed to properly address it. Love the home but service needs inproving....without ac for 2 days going on 3 and instead of fixing the problem they submit a work order to maintenance. Hello should be priority and when you call for emergency maintenance nothing happens....no ac is a emergency in Texas heat
