Terrible company, their homes are nasty upon move in date and don’t get me started on the lack of communication and INFESTATIONS. As in plural.

Since the very beginning Hudson Homes has made the rental process so easy! I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with a few different employees, however one stood out and that’s Vince! When I went to tour the home the lock was not working. Vince went above and beyond to trouble shoot. Once I was able to tour I noticed all thresholds at bedroom doors on the floors were all broken, the refrigerator and freezer were dirty, and the ac was making a terrible noise. Buyer BEWARE!!! Just got scammed over $2100 from this company! They messed up our lease 4 times, approved us while still saying we’re not approved. Both teams didn’t understand what the other one was saying. I’ve been told I would receive a call to get my security deposit back twice now with no call back. Currently been on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone. Awful communication. A complete nightmare just trying to get a lease figured out. Ended up backing out because this entire process has caused so much stress. 4… different lease agreements. All with different numbers. Or messed up information. Trying to get them to fix it and it takes 3 business days to get just HOPEFULLY one new lease. The best yet we haven’t even signed. Thank you for this awful experience upfront so I didn’t have to deal with this company for another year or two.
