UPDATE #2: 8/10/2026 this has to be one of the worst built homes ever we had submitted a request for our dishwasher, not working back at the beginning of June of this year and we just found out that there are parts missing off of our dishwasher and that our dishwasher will never work because the water hose has nowhere to connect to on the dishwasher so they barely installed a non-working dishwasher that gets no water. this is an insane management property and I hope whoever is reading this days far far away from renting. 1. Took 3 weeks to process out application, approved us, then told us we were mistakenly approved and that we no longer were about 3 weeks out from move in. Took 1.5 weeks to get ahold of a manager who finally realized the mistake was on their end and then begged us to take the lease. 2. At move in the house was clean I will give credit there. 3. The worse company to rent from they will ignore your request to fix things in the rental.. do not rent from them!!!
Completely upset . I was told they dont base getting into a house on credit and proceeds to deny because my credit score is 1 point what they require. I again was told credit score didnt matter so why does it matter now. I tried calling several times with no response. I fell in love with the property and the company is completely unresponsive. I was denied for being ONE POINT under the required credit. Usually rental companies just charge you a higher deposit right. I have no clue they are like this but I am highly upset
