One star is too much. I don’t even know where to begin with my experience with Hudson Homes. When I first applied to get on the lease, that should’ve been my first warning sign I could never get a return call and they were short staffed, which I understood considering we had just gotten out of Covid. I rented a home from Hudson Homes out of Florida and as I read the reviews, I see some areas have great reviews and I sure would’ve liked to have had that experience. Not our original rental company, previous company was bought out or I would not choose them. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Leave a voice mail. Hope they get back to you within a few hours
Insatisfecho con sus protocolos de renta,no son claros en cuanto al credito,por un solo credito malo de un inquilino que tiene buen income te rechazan,pero si te cobran claro,luego tratas de decirles que aplicanr de otra manera,cambiando quien seria el primcipal o algo asi pues te dicen que no,pero ya cobraron el fee de la aplicacion,son unos abusadores y desconciderados.
