Our recent experience with Hudson Homes has been extremely frustrating, and the biggest problem is not just the maintenance issues—it is the near impossibility of reaching anyone when something serious happens in the home. On 8/26 our AC stopped working following a power outage. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, emails and maintenance tickets, we received no returned calls.
