They do not answer the phone, emails, voicemails. Maintenance is like none existence they will not help me with a/c problem it’s been a week
Love the home but service needs inproving....without ac for 2 days going on 3 and instead of fixing the problem they submit a work order to maintenance. Hello should be priority and when you call for emergency maintenance nothing happens....no ac is a emergency in Texas heat
I’ve only been dealing with this new property management for 2 months and I’m already having issues. The same login error to my resident portal keep happening saying “404 request error” and they have yet to fix it. I had to pull cash out and go to a nearby store to be able to pay the rent which was already 4 days late to do THEIR system issues . If I had went another day without paying they would’ve charged me a late fee due to THEIR system issues that has nothing to due with me . Customer support doesn’t really help at all ... read more
I would not recommend this property to anyone. The landlord/property management has treated me with a great deal of disrespect throughout my tenancy. For the past month, I have repeatedly called and submitted maintenance requests regarding a rat problem. When I went to replace my air filter, I discovered a rat nest in the attic. Despite reporting this serious issue multiple times, management has failed to properly address it.
