Very courteous staff, and the place has a nice warm and welcoming feeling. Even in the current crisis we sit in. They gave me all the info I needed, and had everything I needed for my hearing aids. would definitely go again.

I took my 91 yo mom to the Maple Grove location. When she heard I had made the appointment she wasn't thrilled. She said she wasn't getting hearing aids, but did agree to go listen. Dr Jen was fabulous. No high pressure sales, just honest discussion and clear information and demonstration of what is possible. We left with a loaner pair and will go back on 3/25 to get mom's new hearing aids! Thank you so much Dr Jen!

The doctors are very talented, competent and willing to help and teach. The staff is wonderful. Friendly and caring atmosphere. I am very happy to be one of their patient. They have helped me get my life back
