I've never been to a chiropractor that spends so much time explaining and working with me so I know what stretches and exercises I need to do to strengthen my core and back. Dr. Joe and Ashley are the best.

I absolutely love this place and Dr Joseph!! It was my first time ever in a chiropractors care. I am in the fitness industry and put an extreme amount of exertion on my body. I thought because of this, pain is inevitable. I learned however; it is not ever to be a lifestyle. It doesn't have to be. I have had only 3 treatments and I feel great. I was nervous as this was my first time going to a chiropractor but Dr. Joseph is awesome! I've never been to a doctor who actually takes the time to explain and make sure you understand what's going on. I highly recommend his services.
