Big shout out to Dr. Heather Crawford and the folks at Harbor Chiropractic! True story: I've had minor back pain in my lower back on my left-hand side FOR YEARS. I kinda just figured it was me getting older. However, within the last month, it became so bad to where it literally affected my breathing when I walked.
