This office has such an awesome team!! I have been going her for about 6 years now and love them!! They take such good care of my kids and me. They are gentle and patient with my boys who sometimes can get wiggly. They take time to answer my questions and explain things to me. They have held my crying baby while I get my teeth cleaned and I have seen them help a mom carry her babies to the car in the pouring rain. My whole family likes it here - the kids don't complain about the teeth cleaning, which means they are really gentle. I was nervous bringing the 11 month old infant for his first check-up, but they were patient and provided some funny little animals with functional teeth and jaws to pave the way, and it went very smoothly.
First timer, but they made us feel like a long time client. Definitely a place for your family dental needs. Will be referring friends and family.
Unfortunately I had a crown that was dislodged and called the dentist to see if hey could fit me in. Rachel just asked me how soon I could come in and luckily I was right down the street. They worked me in with no hassles and got my tooth situation resolved. Very patient-centric and great customer service. I am very thankful/grateful for their high level of customer service.
