I will start by saying I would give the sales rep Kristoff 5 stars for excellent customer service and follow-through. My refrigerator was failing and he managed to have my new purchase delivered the week of March 18th. A service technician came 9/2/20 to fix the rubber gasket on the door which had not sealed properly since installation. He also determined the door was installed with a twisted lower door hinge. I had a wonderful experience with Hudson Appliance Center during this Covid Crisis. They were quickly responsive and helpful. The two gentlemen who came to take out old equipment and install the new were extremely courteous and when they found a clogged pipe, they recommended a local plumbing company who quickly solved my problem! Stay away! I was looking for a rangetop and had two top contenders price-wise for my purchase. Hudson Appliance and another online retailer. Hudson had the better price, so I went with them. This company sold me the rangetop online (took my credit card information and sent me a confirmation email). I called the next day to find out about shipping details only to find out that they refuse to ship the product to me. (their excuse--I'm out of state--as if mail doesn't go out of state??). My experience hasn't been that good with the service department. The rep first said the part is discontinued and then when I offered to get the part for them, they said they will not schedule till that part is onsite even though they said they were booked for a couple weeks. I told them if they are booking for 2 weeks in advance, why don't they schedule the engineer, because the part would arrive within a week. Anyways, I am not going to these guys in the future.

Patio Furniture – My siblings and I were looking for some patio furniture for our parents new deck we were building for them for their anniversary so we decided to get some nice and comfortable but yet affordable furniture. We searched on the web we went into stores and no luck but then one of my cousins recommended we come here to Hudson Appliance so we did. They had a large variety of patio furniture and very nice ones may I say. In the end we ended up buying the patio furniture here and it looks great! My parents love it ... read more
