I will start by saying I would give the sales rep Kristoff 5 stars for excellent customer service and follow-through. My refrigerator was failing and he managed to have my new purchase delivered the week of March 18th. A service technician came 9/2/20 to fix the rubber gasket on the door which had not sealed properly since installation. He also determined the door was installed with a twisted lower door hinge. I had a wonderful experience with Hudson Appliance Center during this Covid Crisis. They were quickly responsive and helpful. The two gentlemen who came to take out old equipment and install the new were extremely courteous and when they found a clogged pipe, they recommended a local plumbing company who quickly solved my problem!
