I'm glad I decided not to lease here. The property manager, Norma, incorrectly insisted that a guarantor and a co-signer are the same thing. They are not. A guarantor signs a separate agreement and only becomes liable if the tenant defaults, while a co-signer signs the lease itself with equal responsibility and tenant rights. My wife and I currently live at The Hudson Apartments. Mrs. Norma, Ms. Keely, Carlos, Mr. Romaldo, and one other gentleman that helps maintain the apartments make sure that we enjoy living here. Recently, we made several maintenance requests that we thought would take a long time because we knew the maintenance staff was very busy. The Hudson is fantastic, with a great maintenance team, and the office girls are wonderful. Such cute, clean, well-managed apartments. Will definitely be referring my friends here.

This property is beautiful and has great office staff. This is my second year here. I don’t understand the negative reviews because Norma who is the manager and Erika have been extremely professional and kind any time I’ve interacted with them. The maintenance staff are excellent.
