A friend bought a car from them and 3 weeks later made them return it after signing all papers. They also ran their credit 13 times without explanation which destroys your credit.

some illegal business going on here. Running multiple credit checks!? asking for a return on a vehicle after 3 weeks or the previous owner was going to report it stolen!?
A friend of mine signed papers for their dream car, just to have it taken back by the dealership because the previous owners ‘wanted their car back.’ Also, they ran her husbands credit 13 times and completely screwed them. I will never, NEVER recommend this dealership. They should be sued for their actions.
This place definitely does some illegal business. They are making a bad name for themselves.
These people are doing some illegal business! How can you buy a car and three weeks later say you need it back because the previous owners want it back and if you don’t return it they will report it stolen?! Sketchy! They didn’t even try to make it right, just ran the credit 13 more times which lowered the credit score tremendously!! DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. THEM!!!
They took care of a big problem along with Nissan Company......Im one happy girl on my used car purchase!
BE SURE to ask if the used vehicle you are buying comes with the KEY FOB that is supposed to be with it, like was listed in the Equipment/Accessories details BEFORE you make your deal! I've never experienced buying a used 2014 vehicle that has keyless entry and only getting a SINGLE KEY and no key fob. Of course this information was not communicated and we didn't know until the deal was done, papers were signed and went to drive the vehicle off the lot. Not good business!
