Arrived at 1:30 pm for chest xray and scan for blood clots, scan for blood clots arm and leg done promptly and sent to waiting area in xray dept. stayed until 3:30 pm went to waiting and still took another hour before called back at 4pm. This is an example of poor service generated by poor management. This occurred to my sister, I was waiting for 3 hours
