This was the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. The tech Alice was wonderful and kept me calm. My dentist Dr Popa explained everything clearer than any dentist I’ve ever interacted with, and had the most gentle touch when handling the tools that usually make me nervous. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. I feel confident in my treatment plan and feel as if I have made friends. Thank you all so much!
They Always been real nice and kind people here ok
I had my first appointment at the Broadview Heights location today with Dr. Popa. This team is really incredible. They all have impeccable bedside manner, explain things well, and take their time to actually converse with you. Mikey knocked out my cleaning like a champ, unscheduled. I appreciate the entire team’s thoroughness! Not only were they good to me but you can tell they mesh well and work well together.
I’ve been a patient for years and have always felt seen and heard. Mikey is very knowledgeable and genuine. He gives excellent and gentle care for my smile.
