Had a great experience! First time being there and was treated very well by staff and my hygienist, Mike. He was amazing!
The whole team is very professional.
I am a walk-in out-of-pocket client and I was incredibly pleased with how smooth the process of getting an exam and strategy for care was. I was able to secure a line of credit to ease the financial strain of dental care and every one of the team members, from Dentist, to hygienist, to specialists and assistants, to office manager were all pleasant patient and had personality. I highly recommend new patients try Dr. Jessica Popa’s team.
I'm officially finished with this place. They switched Dentist faster than a tank of gas. The last time I showed up for my annual exam it was the dentist first day and she just decided not to show up that day so it was a complete waste of my time. They had a hygienist and a receptionist and that was it running the whole office. Now I have an appointment and I've been sitting here 50 minutes after I was supposed to be seen at 11 o'clock in the morning and still have not been called back.
