Rude. Went on a job interview there and the lady was patronizing and condescending. Smoke and mirrors operation. They will try to get some free work out of you, even if you show them your portfolio. Like if you want to see that I am legit, how about ask for references instead of wasting my time before even actually getting any type of offer. Horrible!! My husband is on his fourth set of teeth and they cannot get them right! This has been going on since June 2019. The last time he went they handed him the latest set and said there was nothing they could do and would call him when they reopened. They just called and cancelled again!!!!
The team of dentist and dental assistants were awesome at the Brecksville location. My son was really scared to go to the dentist, and they were great. They made him feel really welcome, and they were very efficient with his on-site dental cleanings. I loved that they also gave small toys at the end of the visit instead of a sugary lolly pop.
