incompetency at the highest level. When you order two bacon cheese burgers plain and they still put lettuce, pickle and maters on it. Then they have the nerve to add gratuity to your bill!
When first arriving wasn't aware that this was a Franchise. Pretty obvious that the locals patronize this place when everyone knew everyone. The above Middle aged semi toothless lady took our orders with very little enthusiasm but food came out ok & the other worker was more personable. Aside from the extra built up remnants of fries underneath the friers that looked like they werent cleaned in months & the many flies that were very visible but ignored by the staff it was an ok place.
The managers are the worst ppl for management. They are absolutely rude and don't care. We have had two problems with them and the first time he threw the money at us because we found a metal washer in my friends food. Then the second time they had new ppl that wasn't fully and completely trained but was let go on the floor had a waitress there that started at 6 am along with the manager but some how the manager got to go home while the other waitress stayed. Well the food I had was good but our waitress was horrible. She made sure the two men with us had drink refills but could have cared less about me and my daughter. When I held up my glass she turned and walked off.
Wrens' Huddle House is terrible. The food sucks & so does the employees. They are rude, & nasty looking. I'll never support these sorry people. Yuck
This place has improved 100% and the staff is very friendly!
