Work had to be redone; plumbing, electric flooring and etc. because it was all done wrong.

I really appreciated Mike’s responsiveness. When I was in the stage where I was trying to get estimates from other businesses, it was sometimes hard to even get a call back, never mind schedule an appointment. Once the project was underway, he was also readily available to answer all of my questions. I also had a strict budget and he was able to keep the project on track and get me the updates to my kitchen that I needed!

This man is a scam artist and these fraudulent reviews he and his wife are making up to make his bullshit business look legitimate with these AI-generated pictures on these fake reviews is a scam. People, don't fall for it. Look more into it. How is one man performing such good work that fast? He will take your money and run with it and never respond back to your calls and text messages. I have actual police reports from the Berrien County Sheriff's Department if you want proof.

You would be hard pressed to find a more extensive rehab than this. All new electrical wires and panel, brand new furnace and HVAC, new hot water heater, all new gas lines, new plumbing, new windows, new kitchen, new flooring, paint, etc... Even relocated the laundry room from the basement into a new mud room and redesigned the front to be a porch. This was a huge project and Huckins construction was up to the task. Mike did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend him and his team.

5.0 stars! The contractor did an excellent job installing a new window where there had previously been a solid exterior wall. He handled the project correctly from start to finish—including framing the opening, installing the proper header for structural support, and completing all the necessary interior and exterior work. The window looks great, functions perfectly, and the workmanship is clean and professional. I would gladly recommend him to others!
