DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY They have zero regard for their tenants. They have been in breach of contract for 2.5 months by not repairing the AC unit. First complained in mid June, still completely broken in mid October. They are shameless about not giving a crap about the people renting from them. Don't make my mistake.
