First Class Experience I was greeted by name as soon as I came through the door. Everyone on staff is extremely professional and friendly. Not only is the experience first class, but I don't hate going to the dentist anymore, I actually like it.
Dental technician Tisa is so professional and expert at teeth cleaning. It is such a relaxing experience that I almost forget that I am in the dentist chair. I never feel hurried or rushed there as she takes her time to be sure that it is an enjoyable experience. I love my polished smile when she finishes! Thanks, Tisa. You are one in a million!

My first visit was WONDEFUL !!! The staff was friendly and very personable. The hygienist ( Brandi ) that clean my teeth was really sweet and very gentle. It was best cleaning I've had in years. Even though I'm very nervous about going to any dentist I think Dr. Shafer will be a trustworthy dentist for my dental care.
My history as a PETRIFIED dental patient is nothing short of legendary! The white-knuckle grip on the chair, even coming close to fainting if a sensitive spot was touched. Enter Shafer Dental - gentle, kind, patient - FABULOUS technology - did I mention gentle? After only 3 visits, I can lie in the chair without dread or drama - I can't say enough about this office and their team! Staff is super professional, efficient, on-time and welcoming. You must go!
