SAD, SAD EXPERIENCE!! Service department is the worst service I have ever received no questions asked. Was on a weekend vacation and my car broke. Spoke with TJ on a Friday close to 5pm and then again Monday morning just to do a nice follow up since he knew we were from out of town. He told me he would give me an idea of what was going on by noon. I showed up at service department at noon. TJ was gone to lunch and the other service guy there basically said sorry about you, you spoke to TJ so I can't help you, we haven't even... read more
