We have bought 6 vehicles from Hublers for ourselves and family. Just bought a 2016 Kia van. AFTER the purchase we were told there was only ONE key. Had to go to Kia in Blgtn to get one at our cost of $316! Guess we are not a valued repeat customer after all.

After having my new 2018 Equinox for less than three months, it developed a rattle which sounded like a tailpipe was about to fall off. I knew that wasn't the case, but something was not right. I took it in, the service department fixed what they thought was the problem, but it did not cure the rattle. They had me bring the car back right away. Tried several times to get someone from Hubler to send me pictures of a vehicle (pictures weren't online). Finally gave up, because it was obvious they didn't want my business. I'm sure the other dealership appreciated your lack of interest.
This is the worst experience in buying a truck I have ever had. I bought a vehicle with a bad alternator which I figured out within 2 days of buying it. They refuse to fix it but will only charge me 300 dollars. This is supposed to be a certified used vehicle. So I'm guessing they need new mechanics because if they couldn't hear the bearings grinding then I wouldn't trust them to certify anything. I will never go back there and I will NOT recomend anyone to go there and waste your time or money. Worst dealership in my area. ... read more
