I was beyond satisfied with my rental until I returned it and was told "I think my detailer is going to want me to charge a $20 cleaning fee." There was not an unacceptable amount of dirt in the car for having it for a week- only a small amount of dirt on the floor mats from shoes. The fee was determined after the associate sat in the front seat for 45 seconds to check mileage and gas; he did not even open the rear doors or trunk. We rarely charge for clean up. 1 in a 100 maybe. From sitting in the front we could see that it was dirty from front to back. Hair and muddy foot prints are main issue. If it had just been in one area no big deal. Its is going to take hours to get back to how it was when it was picked up. We pride ourselves in having clean cars for every rental. $20 for well over an hour of work needed was as fair as we could be. If you really feel it is unfair, stop over and I will refund the charge. I have been searching for a great mechanic in the area since we moved here. I finally gave Huber's a try and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service is excellent. I was told that I needed to have my brakes replaced (by a different mechanic). Thankfully I brought my car here. I actually need rear brake lining instead. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

After a tree fell on my car and was a total loss, I needed to find a replacement quickly. I specifically wanted a car just like the one that was smashed, a Toyota RAV4. I ended up getting a model that was 2 years newer and had half the miles as my other car. The price was right for my budget. This is a family owned business that has been around since the late 70s. I got my clutch done on my 02 Mini Cooper S and am very satisfied. I also rented a VW Routan for a Tennessee vacation and it ran flawlessly. I would recommend these guys for all your automotive repairs.
Well what can I say..... Our car got damaged from hail storm and Eric was to "our rescue ". We got the exact car we've been praying- - -an escalade. Will definitely recommend Huber's!
