I went to Huber Eyecare to buy glasses today. I didn’t know that it was necessary to have an appointment to look at frames but was told I needed an appointment. I asked if I could look on my own and was given a shrug. I decided since I had driven an hour to go there, that I would look on my own. While there no other customer was in the store and 4 people watched me look. Not one asked if I had found anything I liked, if they could help me, or if I had any questions. Staff aren’t capable of communicating the cost of anything till after the fact. Wasn’t able to get an appointment for weeks and was dissatisfied when I did come in. Absolutely do not recommend and will not ever try to go there again in the future.
Huber discovered my eyes needed cataracts and also made the needed appointment to Mayo with their findings which I truly appreciated!
