I want to thank the team of Hubble Termite. Steve, the owner showed up on time for the quote. He was extremely professional and explained the termite treatment for my home. The perimeter treatment was extremely thorough and the team professionally answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Hubble Termite for all your termite and pest control needs. It is refreshing to have a company that truly puts the customer first.
Do NOT use this company. I brought them in to eliminate a termite problem and walked away with more problems than I started with. The technician arrived late, offered no apology, and had a terrible attitude throughout the visit. A month later there was still termite activity, so the treatment was completely ineffective. To make matters worse, the new exterminator I hired discovered he had damaged my property in the process, and I had to spend additional money hiring a contractor just to fix what he broke. From about 7 years old, I was raised around construction sites. I have used Mr. Hubble a couple of times, and I have found him to be extremely competent, very courteous, and always professional. I think you would have to go a long way to find someone who could serve you better regarding your termite issues. I can confidently recommend Hubble Termite for its termite services
The service was comprehensive and very timely. Communication skills and ability to "connect" with customer could use some work.
