Home bought in 2022. At one year warranty inspection found water in crawlspace. Hubble rep "repaired" it by patching holes in moisture barrier. Now 2025 selling home. Water in crawlspace. Price to repair is $5200. now that warranty is past. Can't sell my home until its repairs. POOR Quality.
Really nice homes and bit cookie cutter but the staff was super friendly
My husband and I built our house 5 years ago this June. We've had too many issues for a brand new home and us being the only occupants. We've already had to replace the mother board on our furnace, the expansion tank on our water heater, the cartridge inside our bathtub faucet, our kitchen drawers are falling apart and the corner pieces on our cabinets have all come loose. I’ve had issues with water in the crawl space since the first year. I reported the issue and got a lack luster response from the rep saying it’s normal and will get better over a few years. 4-5 years later it isn’t any better and has soaked into the insulation and the exposed wood is damp. Hubble doesn’t honor their warranties. When they do they are extremely cheap about it. I tried working with them, but won’t communicate with me since the first year is over. Absolutely hands down the BEST experience I have had! I bought my house April 2024. I wanted to wait and see if I had any issues... Guess what? I HAVEN'T! I had a couple of smaller issues that they took care of with no problem at all. I am so impressed by the construction that my children our considering a Hubble Home now!. Jim H and his team from Hubble Homes walked me thru my house and took the time to show me everything!
