I'm sorry but after 4 and a half years I have to say, I'm happy with our home, even though they use cheaper quality shelves in the kitchen, they all started bowing soon after we moved in, the backyard fence is an old pre existing one that looks like crap, most of the neighbors had nice new vinyl fence but like 3 of us have the crappy old ones, we didn't know this until we did the final walk through. HORRIBLE company!! They are ruining our beautiful state! With their cheap spec cookie cutter homes. Beautiful farms owned for generations completely destroyed and turned into subdivisions. It’s absolutely disgusting. Thousands of acres of useful farmland completely torn apart. Hubble homes you should be ashamed.
My wife and I moved from out of state into the Red Cloud community exactly 2 years ago. We have had issue after issue with our "new build" home. Our A/C has had issues 3 different times in 2 years. Under their 1 year warranty, they sent someone out to "fix" the issue only to have it go out on us within 6 months. Like clock work, once we need it, there's a problem. Update: 4/18/25 - Hubble contacted me and will come and patch the problem. Did not offer to pay for the repairs but will at least patch.. Home bought in 2022. At one year warranty inspection found water in crawlspace. Hubble rep "repaired" it by patching holes in moisture barrier. Now 2025 selling home. Water in crawlspace. Price to repair is $5200. now that warranty is past. Can't sell my home until its repairs. POOR Quality.
Completely regret moving in to the Prescott Ridge Community. Hubble Homes contractors have no respect, not professional and will harass also intimidate homeowners. There is no supervision from Hubble so they do what they want and have music as loud as they want. Hubble has failed to provide basic rights to feel safe, peaceful living in my own home. Would not recommend this Community specially if you work from home or sleep during the day.
