Could not possibly say enough good things about this place. From the very well kept waiting room to the exceptional staff that goes above and beyond, this is one of if not the best veterinary services ive ever had the pleasure of visiting.
Can't stress the amount a of like be shown by each and every one of these wonderful ladies. They love my dogs as much as I do, and it shows.
Such caring friendly knowledgeable people. We love Dr. Moreno & all the staff. Always takes the time to explain everything & so gentle with all of our furbabies. We've had good vets before but Dr. Moreno is truly exceptional!
I drive 45 minutes to bring my pets here. I would never trust them to anyone else. Everyone there is so good to me and my pets, it feels like family.
By far this is the utmost caring veterinarian clinic I've ever been to. I've had many pets in my life and seen many vets and if you are interested in a great bunch of caring people that all put their heart and soul into not only your pet but you, take your animals here. They had never met me but I was calling around all the places to have a dog put down on a Friday afternoon about 4 pm, and one of the vets changed her plans and stayed over to help lay my suffering dog down to peace. My kitty had an oral infection & some teeth that needed removal. Dr Custer was so sweet to my baby girl and so patient with educating me about how to care for a cat's oral hygiene. Then when it was time for surgery, kitty ended up needing a little more work while they were in there... They kept the price at the original quote for me instead of adding on for the additional time and effort that was spent with her. You don't often hear of vets who would do that. I travel about 45 minutes just to go to Dr. Moreno she is wonderful and very understanding. I will continue to bring my babies to her as I know they are in the best hands possible.

When our sweet little westie, Makita, became suddenly ill, we brought her to HVC. Dr. Custer was extremely understanding and quickly determined the cause. It was a very emotional and difficult time. Considering the circumstances and finding her condition was much worse that we had thought, Dr. Custer's expertise and compassion really made what was a difficult goodbye as positive as possible. I highly recommend this veterinarian and the entire staff to anyone who is looking for a place to bring their pet.
