RecommendedUpon the retirement of our family’s beloved vet in Worcester, I decided to look for one closer our home in Barre. The search became more urgent when one of our pups became ill this past weekend. I had heard about HVC from a couple of friends who recommended it, so I called. I was so impressed from the first phone call through the appointment, and then the follow up. I highly recommend this clinic! Wonderful, caring professionals!

Words can not express how happy I was with today’s visit! The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions eased my anxiety and spent time making sure Spencer was comfortable throughout the whole exam.
They are available when needed. Dr Custer has help us when we adopted 2 old dogs age 14, and she provided outstanding care the dogs are now 16 years old, added to 4 other dogs large dogs small dogs she teaches my husband on proper care. my dogs are healthy and a little chubby. My husband is able to take the dogs in after work.
Great staff! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After having a few bad visits at another vet office, one of my German Shepherds developed some anxiety and uncertainty in vet environments. They were willing to take the extra time and patience to work with him to get his vaccines and routine checkup done with minimal stress. So happy and thankful for Dr. Custer and the vet techs for taking the time to work with him. Our other German Shepherd LOVES coming here!
The staff is amazing and very caring,they took care of our Stewart I would very highly recommend this friendly and caring staff
