Very poor customer service I ordered parts And they were on back order she said they will be in by the end of the week. When I called to check my back order 3 WEEKS LATER the lady that answered the phone couldn't help me because she didn't place the order. I just wanted to check to see when my back orders would arrive. She sent me to the Ladies voicemail That had taken my order. Terrible customer service.. Low quality parts
I'm giving a zero stars to this company and staff that "works" there...! All of them: Mary, Curtis, Jeremy and some others....0 stars!!! I will never do "business" with this company ever in my life and I won't stop till I have my 1000$ bank into my account. They stole my money and since then they are quiet...Oooh and they cancelled my international order....so no goods as well. Beyond disappointed!
