I had thousands of dollars of property stolen from me out of the garage they advertised as secure. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. There was zero effort put in on the side of management to help me, and there was zero thought in how this would affect my life being their tenant. I asked if I could look through the security footage or if anything at all was found, and the property manager treated me as if my whole story was preposterous. 0 follow up whatsoever was done. I'd give this place 0 stars, but Google makes me award them one as a participation trophy. The management here is utterly unreachable. If I gave birth to a newborn baby while sending an email to management, by the time I got a response from them that baby would be old enough to be turned down by Leonardo Di Caprio. The parking garage is A HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS a month for a patch of concrete and possibly mesothelioma. I moved here in July and have loved it ever sense. A new management came in and started caring about repairs and upgrades in the building. They fixed hallways, making them more welcoming, adding protection for our packages, and fixing maintenance requests. It’s really nice here, great building and great location.
