Horrible experience. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is how often management changes—there’s no consistency, and it shows in how poorly things are handled. You’ll bring up a concern, and by the time you follow up, there’s a completely different person who doesn’t know anything about it. DO NOT RENT HERE- Do not rent here. What used to seem like a decent place to live has quickly gone downhill due to constant turnover in management. It feels like every few months there’s a new team in charge, and with that comes zero continuity or accountability. Tenant concerns get lost in the shuffle, emails go unanswered, and maintenance requests either take forever or are ignored entirely. I had thousands of dollars of property stolen from me out of the garage they advertised as secure. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. There was zero effort put in on the side of management to help me, and there was zero thought in how this would affect my life being their tenant. I asked if I could look through the security footage or if anything at all was found, and the property manager treated me as if my whole story was preposterous. 0 follow up whatsoever was done.
