Favorite Place to Live in Chicago I spent 16 years in Chicago with the last 2.5 years at Hubbard Place. Over that time, I lived in approximately ~10 high rises, and I can say that Hubbard Place was unequivocally my favorite. Without exception, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch, and the community parties are by far the most fun/elaborate of any building I've been to, including apartments I didn't live in myself. Verified Renter Overall good experience. Maintenance responds very quickly and is extremely friendly. The location is amazing. Right downtown, lots to do in immediate walking distance, not touristy, easy to drive around + close access to highway. The apartments are nice and updated. Good appliances, haven't had any problems.
