Worst & Most Frightening Experience I"ve Ever Had in a Store Please be warned before going into this store. The owner is agressively abusive. Her behavior is worse than any I have ever experienced in a retail setting (and perhaps anywhere else). My two sisters and I are avid collectors of vintage clothing, so I was very pleased to have a free afternoon in Burbank which gave me the chance to go into Hubba Hubba. I'd passed it several times while driving, and I was glad to have the chance to shop there. I wanted to browse the ... read more

Quirky Owner and Great Finds If you speak to the owner long enough you'll find that there's a story to every item that's in the shop. Whoever said that fake tags are sewn in has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of the true ways in which this store owner spends her time. Great garb, interesting conversation and integrity and full disclosure on every item. This is where old school LA shops for movies and for life's vintage clothing.

Very cool clothes If you ever have about 12 hours, you need to start a walk down Magnolia Blvd and go to all of the thrift/vintage unique clothing shoppes. We have got a few items from Hubba Hubba for performances. They have a ton of old style skirts, stockings, shoes, bangle bracelets. Like the other shops in the area, the clothes are unique to the store and in most cases one of a kind, unless they are prepackaged Costumes. There really isnt a time that we havent walked out with something, even if it was a vintage tie or sc... read more

TREASURES!!! Lots of funky Hollywood Glamour Era goodies. I found four amazing celluloid bracelets here for half of what I would have guessed the price to be. I can spend hours here...perfect costume party resource too! PROS: Loads of funky fun stuff CONS: nowhere to park

Rude and pushy with smoke smelling up all the clothes I would shop here a lot more if it weren't for the pushy owner. She follows you around the store handing you dresses and making you try them on. The only way I could escape was to tell her I would be right back. She also does have very strict rules about her clothing. Once you get past all this and you've found a dress that you actually want to buy, it reeks of cigarette smoke. Sometimes the smoke is so bad inside the store your eyes start to burn and you have to leave fo... read more

RUDE OWNER, SMOKES INSIDE THE SHOP Pushy, Offensive, Rude--those are the three words to describe this shop owner. I have been told that some of her garments are not true vintage but have had the tags replaced with vintage tags----so CHECK your garments and do your homework! This lady does not deserve the positive comments left. Overall experiences at this shop were horrible. I will NEVER GO BACK..unless I want to be insulted or harassed while I try to shop.
