Kicked Students out during midterms week to do renovations. Amenities consistently broken throughout the year and never fixed.
Looking around the U district for my nephew starting at UW and the Hub is a great choice! Contacted the office for details and they were very helpful. Was able to talk to the manager Thalia and she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions thoughtfully.
Great place to live on the AVE. Walking distance from campus and public transportation. The people I’ve spoken to in the front office are helpful and kind
Living at Hub U District has been awesome! The location is super convenient for UW and there’s always something going on nearby. The building itself is really nice, but the best part is definitely the staff — they’re always so friendly and helpful. Whether it’s fixing something fast or just saying hi in the lobby, they make the place feel really welcoming. You can tell they actually care about the residents. Definitely recommend Hub if you’re a student looking for a great spot near campus!
