Lesley Tolhurst has been a delight to deal with at HUB. I have received consistently attentive service from her for both my home and auto policies. I can't comment on other staff.
Over priced and the calling, it take way too long.
Out of every 5 times I deal with them only two agents are decent and knowledgeable. I've dealt with them for over a decade and often wonder why when it leads to so much frustration, higher rates than I should be paying and rude agents. I don't know
