Inept employees unable to resolve an ongoing issue. Polite but firmly believed in "pass the buck" and not her problem..
The receptionist was rude, but the agent was more polite once I reached her.
This place is the worst! They attempted to charge me 400 dollars per month for a 19k car. Bunch of CROOKS!! Edit 1: I’ve talked to Hope plenty of times, she was the one who charge me $400/month for months until I had to call back. Edit 2: I simply just used the Progressive site (same thing these people do) and signed up for a 25% discount from what Hub International had quoted me. I used to always tell my parents this place was ripoff and this just puts the nail in the coffin.
