My friend had just gotten the worst news of his life. His constant pain and fatigue was due to a huge 100% blockage to his heart. He wanted a pancake breakfast before he would be admitted to the hospital for aggressive treatment before bypass surgery(if possible).Unfortunately we arrived too late for breakfast so decided on the plate lunch.
