We were visiting from Maine for the festival and had breakfast there twice. Great food, great service and good company from local patrons. Enjoyed talking to Jimmy! We highly recommend Hub City!
Ordered a breakfast with three eggs, Big Mike’s Special, only got two eggs.

My husband and I have been coming to Hub City Diner for the last 18 years and have always enjoyed the food but today we were very disappointed in the owner's actions. He came over to the table next to us to scold a 2 year old little girl for playing with a light switch. The mom didn't realize because it was turning the lights on and off in a different section. The tone and manner in which he addressed a 2 year old were unnecessarily harsh and rude.
We love Hub City Diner!! The great food and service are always a comfort! Don't change a thing, y'all are awesome!!
Everything was amazing! From the beignets to the pancakes!! Our waitress was super sweet and we got to meet Jimmy! This is definitely on our list to eat at again when we are in town!
Great atmosphere, service and food! I'll be back again when I'm in Lafayette.
