Ordered a hub cap from them it shipped and was lost by ups emailed the company they told me just wait for it it will show up that’s been two weeks now contact the company again to file a claim they told me to just wait for it .It will show up somewhere so file a claim with ups they took the claim and said contact the shipper so i contacted the company again then was told that I had slowed the process down because I filed a claim with ups they was going to file a claim. Don’t buy anything from this company.
I ordered black wheel skins (Impostors) and black center caps for my 2021 Chevy Blazer and they look amazing. It's a quality product and was delivered in just a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company.
Less than adequate quality wheels. Do not buy wheels from this company, their quality is subpar at best. They will ship wheels with huge gashes in the material and horrid paint defects on a $400 rim... imagine what they would do for a lower priced wheel.
I ordered wheel skins for my '21 Gladiator Sport S. Customer service answered my question about them promptly. I ordered the wheel skins (black) and they were shipped and delivered quickly. Everything was packaged perfectly and they make my Sting Gray Gladiator look so much better than the stock aluminum wheels. Easy to install and look fantastic.
Ordered a wheel from this Company. Received it promptly. Opened the packaging to find an extremely dirty wheel. As I examined the wheel closer I was disappointed to see it had curb rash. Upon further review I realized the LIP WAS BENT. Extremely disappointed I reached out to customer service. Exchanging emails I sent pictures and explained the wheel was damaged and lip was bent. RecommendedRan over a metal bar a few days ago and blew out a tire as well as damaged the wheel. Found it for a good price from Hubcap Haven, asked a few questions through email which were answered quickly and ordered end of day on tuesday. Wheel arrived by 1 pm on thursday. Talk about speedy. It looks right, I haven't measured it or test fit the wheel cover plate, will do it tomorrow before my appointment to have a tire put on it just in case its wrong but It appears to be right and in great condition too. Apparently you" do not have the staff available for the quality control needed to fulfill my order". After the third time of sending the wrong rims this is the response I received today. How hard could it be for one person to open the box and check to see it is the correct rim and ship it. I know screw ups happen but where I work if we ship the wrong item we physically look at, even take out of the box, the product to ensure it is correct. I know we are experiencing some difficult times right now but this started over 3 week... read more
