I do not recommend this property for anyone. My son spent his Ole Miss sophomore year at this property and when he entered in the fall of 2014 found it to be dirty with glass shards on the floor and a coat of dust throughout. Then, when he finally exited the premises July 21, 2015, was told by management that he was liable for utilities until August 8 via Simple Bills (Waco, TX).
