On top of running around and preparing everything for move in, Olivia was very helpful whenever I needed a replacement fob
do not live at this place. everything in common areas was always broken, homeless people came onto our floor and knocking on doors (hub didn’t do anything to comp us or say anything for security not doing their job and someone walking into our room ) Washer and dryer were constantly having to be fixed by maintenance, put in probably 5 work orders to fix our dishwasher from leaking (we had a towel underneath it all year) and they would just gaslight us saying it was fixed when it never was. The staff that were girls were all very rude and unhelpful they just tell you things to get you stop asking but they don’t actually fix anything. Random people that don’t live at the hub still use the pool and throw parties there. The hub never fixes it. elevators broken all the time and will get fixed for a day and then break again.
