I lived here for two years, and my experience went from tolerable to absolutely horrendous. During my first year living here, which was my sophomore year, I had a very average experience. Long maintenance times, just ok staff, and appliances that were almost constantly broken. My washing machine flooded my apartment twice before they finally had told me to use "washing machine bags" because the machines were too old to handle regular loads.
