To all of the freshman about to look for sophomore year housing, do not choose the hub. I have been here for two weeks and have so many discrepancies. First of all half of the resident’s keys (including mine) do not work outside the hub. So get ready to stand awkwardly outside of your own apartment building waiting to be let in. Our entire apartment is absolutely filthy on move in day, it genuinely looks like nobody touched this unit after the previous tenants moved out. Almost every single cabinet handle is coated in a layer of cooking grease, and every kitchen surface is very sticky and unwiped. As you walk through the apartment, your feet loudly stick to the floor, as if someone had spilt juice. My bathrooms shower had a thick layer of filth and debris in it, looking like a dirty mop bucket had been poured out into it then never rinsed out. The m... read more
