RecommendedHaving access to this building is amazing. The “wine room” is so beautiful and a really great place to take friends to hang out and enjoy the view.

Hub 9 is a wonderful place to live! I just recently renewed my lease because I love living here. Cassie, Brittany, and Andie are all so kind and helpful; There’s always a friendly face in the office if you need anything. It’s a super dog friendly building and Ben is always really respectful of pets when he comes to fix something. I’ve lived at other Orenco Station properties before moving here and Hub 9 has been the best!
I did it for the coffee machine. Is it awesome or what!! The gym is pretty rad too. I wanted to add some heart emojis but they aren't working :(. So settle for this instead <3

I have been at Hub9 for over a year. The location is great! The staff has been excellent at responding to concerns or questions. Allyssa was so kind and listened to all my concerns. She is so nice and makes you feel welcome and at home here at Hub9.
