There was a time where I was eating dinner at Hub 51 twice a week. About a year ago they changed their menu and I haven’t been back since. The Enchilada Stack was the most amazing dish ever .... every time I walk by now, I just keep walking. Their brunch is still good but what used to be my neighborhood go to and where I took all out of town friends is no more. We are on vacation in Chicago and my friend took us there . The waitress suggested the nachos , that’s their signature appetizer. OMG ... BY FAR the BEST nachos we ever had !! We are trying to figure out how we can squeeze a quick visit before we leave to get them again . The fish tacos and burgers were great too as well as the service . Great ambiance... won’t disappoint!
