Visiting my friend for the holiday weekend and stayed at her place here. Quiet and no complaints at all. Located in the middle of the Red line which is easily accessible just a few steps away from her apartment. This location is very convenient. There is a grocery store right in front of the apartments as well as coffee and alcohol store. They have a lounge, game room, gym and pool. Wilson did such an amazing job quickly installing a new set of washer dryers when mine weren't working! Very happy with his excellent service
I received a new washer/dryer unit, and it only took a day after my maintenance request. Hub 25 had another option if the order had taken longer. It's one of the best things that has happened for me this year. THANK YOU HUB 25
Just spoke with Conner. He said unfortunately the owners here don’t allow and discriminate against any undergraduate student, since they are not a protected class. Even online students and anyone even 30 year olds enrolled in an undergraduate college degree program.
Always get great service from the maintenance staff. Wilson and (I’m sorry I forgot the other gentleman’s name) are great! They’re prompt and fix problems quickly. When they can’t they find a solution quickly. Super nice as well.
