You can go anywhere and buy a bike off of a rack- if you want personalized top flight customer service go to The Hub. They will ask questions to determine what you are looking for and show you a variety of options, explaining the difference. No high pressure sales trickery, they want you to LOVE your bike. My bike will be delivered later today, complete with bell and basket! So excited to ride, thanks Keith!!
Thank you for your generosity in donating bikes to NVUSD school students. My son was one of the lucky recipient. You were so accommodating and helpful when we came in to receive the bike. What you do is beyond running a business. You're contributing into the community. For that, our family is grateful. My son now loves riding whereas he did not know how to ride before. Stay blessed!
I've been riding mountain bikes for just a couple years now and Kieth and the boys at the hub have gotten me all set up from day one. You truly couldn't find a better more helpful group of people to help you out. And the best part is they actually ride so they have great first hand knowledge on what the best products are. My family and I have purchased several bikes from the hub and have never been dissapointed! Best bicycle shop in the Napa area by a mile!!

Awesome joint! Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. Took my beach cruiser in for a tune up. Next day service! More than happy! I've purchased misc items from here before, locks, lights, etc but this was my first time having my bike serviced. I've found my new repair/maintenance bike shop.
