I live how she is so thorough and really gets to know patient background and family life, stress factors, diet, and western medicine. She is the reason I am alive. I don’t know how Kaiser gets such high ratings—they must be paid for. My family has endured three cancer cases with Kaiser, all mishandled, but Dr. Hu was the worst. She was unavailable, argued with us, and fixated on involving estranged children while ignoring the wife and brother who were caring for the patient daily.
