The organic/paleo restaurant of my dreams! If I lived in New York I would go here multiple times a week! The food was amazing and love that everything was organic/gluten free/dairy free

Bowl was great. Rotisserie chicken was done to perfection. Pricey, though.

I couldn't buy goodies at Hu because I didn't have a card on me. And Hu no longer accepts cash. They even took the tip jars away for their underpaid employees. Yet Hu is still using "Get back to human" as their motto??? How incongruent. For many "humans" cash is a primary and often only way of payment available to them. It's very clear Hu's corporate fat cats only care about *certain* humans.

I’ve ordered both the chocolate bars and crackers hoping they’d be “ok” as experience with those products touting healthy ingredients has been marginal. OMG! Both products are outstanding! Ingredients I feel good about; excellent nutritional values; taste that is spectacular; no blood sugar spikes! Can’t imagine not keeping these in my home as regulars.
